Jon was a rockstar from the first meeting.
He showed up ready with data and suggestions ready to know, even while knowing he wasn't guaranteed the job. From there, he earned every bit of his commission, unlike many realtors who aim to push papers around and walk home with a fat check. Jon attended to the details of renovation coordination with the contractor and quality control to make sure the house was ready to sell at the top of the local market. He put out every proverbial "fire" that arose and only required my attention for key decisions. It was as hands-off as a property sale can be, and for that I am very grateful.
